Insurance Coordination
If your project involves an insurance claim, we may share job documentation (photos, scope of work, invoices) directly with your carrier or adjuster. We do this only with your explicit authorization, typically captured on a signed work-authorization or assignment form.

We retain customer records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and licensing purposes. Service Area and Estimates
RT Olson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning serves the greater Corona, CA area and surrounding communities in Riverside County. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our current service area. Verbal quotes and online estimates are provided as good-faith approximations only — they are not binding contracts. A signed work-authorization form, reviewed and agreed to by both parties before work begins, governs the actual scope, pricing, and conditions of every job.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice or discussed at the time of estimate. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your signed work authorization. For insurance-coordinated work, the terms of that arrangement are specified in the authorization documents you sign prior to work beginning.
Scope of Work and Changes
Work performed by our technicians is limited to what is described in the signed authorization. If conditions discovered during a job require a change in scope, we will communicate that to you before proceeding and document any changes in writing. We operate as licensed contractors under California state regulations and carry the insurance required to do so.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the direct scope of services we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, or issues unrelated to the authorized work. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under California law.
Disputes
If a concern arises about work performed, please contact our office first — most issues can be resolved directly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution in accordance with California law, with venue in Riverside County.
